We have classified the questions that were sent a lot to us in three categories and gathered it up.
There may be the problem that can be solved when we have you confirm this before an inquiry once.

The CGC Gasket is a soft gasket with a sponge core covered by conductive fabric. More flexible than metal gaskets, and can be cut with scissors to any desired length. Form-fitting to provide maximum surface contact. Choose from three attachment methods: adhesive tape, clip, and dart.
-
We can die-cut gaskets to maximum of the following dimensions [W:50mm × H:5mm L:300mm](Square Type only).
-
Conductive Masking Tape is a masking and conductive metallic foil all-in-one tape. We took the traditional compound construction and unified it into one piece.
-
Conductive Fabric Tape offers flexibility that can't be found with foil tape. It conforms to the shape of what you apply it to so as not to result in a "point contact" situation that is often the case with metallic materials. The large contact area helps keep resistance low, and makes it useful for so much more, like wire harness shielding.
-
For Square Type gaskets, we can mass produce more than a hundred sizes ranging from [3mm × 0.5mm]to[20mm × 20mm].
-
In addition to Square Type gaskets, we also have 4 variant sizes as well: L Type, D Type, P Type, and N Type. We also have CGC dart type gaskets that do not require tape.
-
We have Square Type gaskets in sizes as large as [W:20mm × H:50mm] available by special order.
-
For Square Type Shield Foam only, we offer kiss-cut delivery. This not only facilitates installation, but also makes it easy to count at a glance.
-
Adhesive tape for Square Type gaskets can be customized especially to meet your needs, i.e. substitute tape for conductive tape, alternate tape placement and tape width, etc.

I want to provide shielding for wires that twist and turn and flexible harnesses that (printer and copy machine cables etc.) Do you have something that will flex and bend with the wires?
-
Shield Cover is a one-piece solution for shielding wiring leading into control panel boxes. Select your own shield material that best meets your performance and cost needs. We can custom make pieces that fit your size and shape specifications.
-
For the best of both worlds, consider the SLBFS Type Shield Tube. To give you a basis for comparison, the SLBJ Type Shield Tube uses a 70μ thick sheet of aluminum foil, which provides a high degree of shielding, but also has the downside of being very hard. The SLBFS Type Shield Tube uses a double construction of 10μ thick sheet of aluminum foil + a layer of conductive fabric, which also provides a high degree of shielding, while remaining soft and flexible.
-
Here is type of bundling tubing that can be installed in place without disconnect your wiring. Because it uses a Zipper Type closing mechanism, long wires can be bundled all at once using a special tool.
-
No not at all. Once you learn the basics of the Zipper Tubing pliers, bundling even the longest wires will be a cinch!

If you are looking to bundle and shield wire that are bent, you are probably just as concerned with the flexibility of the shielding material as you are it shielding effectiveness. For shielding, we offer conductive fabric, mesh, and aluminum foil, the former being the softest, and the latter being the hardest. The SLBJ Type uses 70μ thick aluminum foil, which provides the highest shielding available at the cost of being hard and, at times, difficult to manage.
-
The standard the shielding types, aluminum foil (10μ), braided mesh (dual-layered), and conductive fabric (single-layered) can be thought of as having more or less the same level of shielding effectiveness for most purposes. What is important to keep in mind is that shielding effectiveness correlates to the overall mass of the shielding material. So the thicker SLBH(aluminum foil 20μ) Type, SLBJ (aluminum foil 70μ) Type, or perhaps the three-layer MLBFSX (aluminum foil 10μ +dual-layer braided mesh+conductive fabric) with offer increasingly more shielding effectiveness.

If you have the luxury of being able to disconnect and reconnect your wiring, the stretchy and highly flexible Sleeve Type Shield Tube is perfect for you. but if you need to bundle your wiring in place without disconnecting, we recommend you try the Snap Type Shield Tube with the relatively easy snap closing mechanism.

If what you need is a simple way to bundle wires with the option to have wires that branch off that is easy to install and uninstall, then Snap Type Shield Tube Tube is what you need. but if you need easy installation and uninstallation, while ensuring snug tight closure, then Hook and Loop Fastener Type Shield Hook and Loop Fastener is perfect for you.
-
Then what you need is our ZipperTubing, that can be used to bundle long wire quickly and efficiently. For use when bundling super long wires 10 meters at a time with Hook and Loop Fastener Type or Snap Type Shield Tube would be just to much work.
-
Our Zipper closing mechanism is by far the strongest closing method available. Snap Type and Hook and Loop Fastener Type Shield tube are easy to install without the need for tools, but offer less closure strength.
-
If you are only working with several dozen centimeters of wire, the Snap / Hook and Loop Fastener Type Shield tube are the easiest to work with, but using Snap / Hook and Loop Fastener Type Shield Tube to bundle several meters of wire would require a great deal of work. ZipperTubing installed with the special ZipperTubing tool (sold separately) is the best method for bundling wires of great length.
-
Snap / Hook and Loop Fastener Type Shield Tube is perfect for frequent uninstallation and reinstallation because of the lack of need for tools. Hook and Loop Fastener Type Shield Tube will provide a slightly tighter and more snug closure.
